Heatless Wheels (Sprucut-Silicon Carbide Grit)

Made of silicon carbide, Heatless wheels are designed for the gross reduction of nickel, chrome-cobalt alloys and removal of remaining sprues from metal framework with no heat generation.

There unmounted disks are available in 2 sizes:

• Shape 7A – Thickness 2.4 mm
• Shape 8 – Thickness 3.2 mm

Recommended Speed Range:
5,000 – 12,000 rpm / max: 20,000 rpm. Contact Pressure: 2 N
